2 stars for the front desk staff, they ignore you like you’re not there until it’s convenient for them to acknowledge you. Patients are customers who bring money to your business and pay your salaries. Without us you wouldn’t have a job. Also the patient is there because they are having a health issue and usually some physical problem. Please don’t make them stand there for a long time staring hoping you’ll eventually take pity on them and acknowledge their presence. Rude, rude rude…

Very slick. Intake requires some time, but after that the technologists are polite, kind, and efficient. Especially if you get Jay, who went out of his way to help my disabled husband, making sure his patient was safe and comfortable and understood what was coming. I was impressed.

Wow! What an amazingly easy and streamlined medical experience. My imaging expert was so kind and caring. I was given a CD of my X-rays as I left the office and a report was emailed to my chiropractor the same day! I am grateful for your kind care and support during a difficult time!

The office was clean and pleasant. The office staff were efficient and friendly. But special recognition to the radiology tech who did my scan. He explained everything to me and took great effort to make sure I was comfortable. I also appreciated the quickness at scheduling my appointment.
