Dr. Smith -whom I loved- is not permitted to private practice due to lack of insurance coverage necessary to privately practice ob/gyn. Like driving without car insurance but far more potentially worse consequences. It’s unfortunate. She’s also prohibited from delivering at St Barnabus. This decision appeared finalized in 2017-2018.
