I moved in September 2021 and I am happily pleased. From management to maintenance team has been exceptional. Bonita has been so responsive and accommodating in a pinch. Maplewood Crossings is a lovely community and I look forward to settling into my peace.

I have been living here for a year and have been very pleased with my experience. The apartments and common areas are well maintained and the maintenance staff were quick to respond when my refrigerator broke a month ago. There is also a nice park/field behind the building where I am able to walk my dogs everyday. I definitely plan to renew my lease for another year.

Nice apartments, but very annoying, loud, dripping noise coming from walls daily. Never properly addressed by maintenance despite multiple requests. Also, unlike most apartments, there’s a 60 day notice to move out and 10% fee for going month-to-month the year of. Edit: the HVAC people Bonita is referring to never “looked” for the source of the noise as she implies. They listened to a video and said it’s not HVAC related. Her reply on here mirrors maintenance’s, a refusal to acknowledge that it’s a serious issue and repeatedly giving me the run around.
