Yes! They have a very large selection of all various types of buttons, which includes vintage styles dating back to the late 1800's, so you should be able to get what you're looking for.

The owners are retiring and have sold the business to a long time employee. She and her husband plan to re-open in the future in another location, they are looking at a building in Clawson.

The selection of samples is extensive. You will have to order most of them but the samples are of sufficient size to give you a good feel for what the fabric is like. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Or try the Fabricland on Woodward in Royal Oak. They are going out of business so their items are 30% off. Haberman has beautiful fabrics however I've only seen apparel fabric though I may be wrong. The staff there is very helpful. Just call the store. They'd love to help you.

Expert sew repair who were inside Habermans have moved to John R and 12 mile area in Madison Heights. If you Google them their new address should come up. They now have their own shop.

It really varies as much as the patterns do! Your best bet is to take a drive over or call if you are looking to make a full bolt purchase. I know I plan on going in to look for some.silks tomorrow.

They do have machines available for use. They also have as well a huge sewing area with cutting tables, ironing boards, pressing clothes, sleeve boards, every notion you can imagine, and all under the helpful staff members too! You may rent this space by the day or the month. If you are working on a very large project and simply do not have the space at home to spread it all out! THIS is the PLACE for YOUR SPACE!
