Don't buy equipment here. Not ever. Bought a quad from them not long ago. I bought it from KBE because I was told the model I selected was in stock, it needed to be assembled, but it would be ready for pick up in 2 weeks or less. 6 weeks later, no quad. Made the first payment on the thing before I'd even seen it. Had to threaten to get my down payment back and refund my first payment for them to deliver the quad. 6 months later, and it's due for service that must be preformed by Polaris or the extended warranty is void. Made 4 phone calls to set up a service appointment before I just gave up and took it to Medford. Apparently, this place changed ownership recently and has really gone down the tubes ...

Great to meet the people there. All very polite. Went to look at Polaris ATVs. Salesman very informative and not at all pushy. Price was fair... Soon we'll have a Polaris. Yay! Great place.
