The review is for quality perspective of Rimowa bags, not the store itself. They are certainly great looking bags, but they are definitely not durable. I have 3 pieces of Topas (all Aluminum cases) and 2 pieces of Limbo. Except for carry-on bags for Topas and Limbo, all of the checked-in bags are damaged or broken. The worst ones are the Aluminum luggage. Every time I checked in those Topas, either wheels caps came off and lost or corner got jammed and screws came off. Recently, here are the damages from my recent trip last week to Europe. Kinda sick and tired of repairing these expensive bags. Again, these bags are for look, not for durability. If you want durable bag to check in, go with Tumi with lifetime warranty. I have a Tumi luggage and used it for almost 10 yrs. It is beaten up and dirty (not stylish), but still strong and smooth.
