They were fine when they still picked up the phone, about 2017. I've tried calling them numerous times over the past few years and they literally have not once picked up the phone. Are you guys even still in business at all? Lmao

i've used village taxi several times and will continue to do so. most of my experiences have been very good, although there was one time last year where i waited in the snow for two hours before the car showed up. that experience has made me a little wary, but as village taxi is one of the only long distance services (that actually picks up the phone), i've continued to use it. prices are reasonable as well.
