Terrible!! Substitute Pharmacist for the day, Jeff just told me that I sound like "someone who should be picking (my class of medicine)"!! Unbelievable!! His instructions were left last night! It's not my fault he can't follow directions! Insulting! Belittling customers due to his own shortcomings!?!? Not professional AT ALL!! 5 FIVE phone calls this took!! And I'm using The Walgreens App to avoid these phone calls and it's STILL not correct and I'm having to call! This Walgreens has been suffering for more than a year. Staff substitute choices like Jeff are NOT helping their community perception AT ALL!!!

My med was out of stock on Wed and the staff told me it would be in stock on Thur by noon time, so I skipped a class to pick up my med on Thur. However, the staff told me they received the meds and have to process another business day. OK, I called today's morning, to see if they have this med, if they don't I am gonna switch to another pharmacy so that I can take my med. Well, the staff told me I can pick up my med this afternoon. Wow, now is 6:20pm and I started my call at 5pm, no one answer my phone call and got hung up twice. 👍 well done Walgreens. I would NEVER EVER step inside to this store.

This Walgreens pharmacy has always been an issue with what times, unavailable prescriptions,etc... They've recently shortened their hours due to staffing (not sure why since there always seems to be at least two people doing nothing). Walgreens has always been my go to, but this location really makes me want to use CVS or other options.

I've had some of the WORST experiences at this drugstore, the drive up window is esp terrible you can burn about a full tank of gas just sitting In line and if youre the gambling sort put money down that they WON'T actually have your prescriptions filled despite having called to let you know they are ready for pick up. I don't know how they can improve since I've been going to them for 3 yrs now and the service just keeps getting worse rather than better but unfortunately they're the closest Walgreens to me...but im pretty sure a little competence would help greatly.
