My experience with OneLife has been amazing. I have been coming to the Newport News gym for awhile now. This gym is always clean and the workers are so friendly! They always brighten up my day when I come in to get my workout.

Came in with a friend, utilized so much of the gym, including the Kid's Club. I'll definitely be joining up. Ms. Cooke was the best and afterwards, my son was asking to go back and play with her. That's a win for me and a major deciding factor when choosing where to go work out.

The gym itself was great with plenty of equipment and space but the night of 1/12/2022 around 6pm I brought my children to the kids club to enjoy while I work out. After picking them up all of them were nearly in tears, (side-note there was some children already crying and being put in time out when I arrived and the same child was screaming and crying when I left!) They proceeded to tell me the daycare women were absolutely awful they didn't let them play at all they were forced to be in time out for the entire duration of my workout which is 2 hours! They said they couldn't use any toys and couldn't use the room at all. And had to sit down the whole time. They were forced to throw away their bananas and they were hungry and another child was smacking my daughter with a toy while she was trapped in time out and the women did nothing. My kids said the women kept saying they want to go home. I'm completely outraged I will never bring my kids to this gym ever again. Those women have no right to work with children and completely not suitable for this line of work. I'm going today to speak with a manager and I will get ahold of corporate if I have to. Something needs to be done , and I want action taken.
