Trash. Just left there. They were packed, it was over 15 people in there. Understandable that they were gonna be a little behind but they asked for names when you come in to pick up but wasn’t calling out names when the food was ready. So orders was just stacking up & people orders were ready & didn’t know. When all they had to do was call names on the receipt as they were ready. So basically everybody playing the guessing game if that’s their order or not. Edit since getting home & eating… the fries were burnt & most wings only had seasoning on one side of them (lemon pepper)

Started off with another customer trying to get a refund from the manager over the phone and from that already had bad feeling. Our wing order got messed up(recommend reading your receipt after ordering) wrong flavor and supposed to be boneless. The fries were warm which was expected as I saw them pulled out of a warmer oven. See no reason way they can't be fried at the same time as wings. There was no management inside so workers just standing around not doing anything. First and last time at this location if we ever try another one. No going back to complain or ask for refund due to a gut feeling the manager(I suspect is franchise owner or relative of) would try to weasel out of it.

Made two orders, wings and fries are cold. First order is the picture attached- sauce not even on all the wings. The second order was disgusting as well, taste like someone threw pepper all over the wings. Everything had to be thrown away. Would not recommend.

So my family and I decided to try wing stop for the first time. I will not be returning, at least to this location. Sabrina was the one that took our order. She was rude the whole time. Didn’t go over our order just grabbed our card and …
