I hear yah. That's no good, especially for business. I'd call and talk to a higher up manager than the one you've talked to, and complain, if they can't accommodate you for either a free meal, or at least a discount, I'd just not go as much.

For this specific one they change it every day. Some times they say they dont take reservations unless its withing 2 hours of arrival, sometimes they say they dont take reservations at all and so they just hang up on you.... all at this location, it sucks but honestly I'd just check as you go. Call and do it online so you dont show up and end up not act having a seat. I usually got with my boyfriend. Just 2 of us, I dont even wanna know how they're gonna treat 10 in total

Yes. But it wasn't the waiting for a table the problem, the waiting that you have to wait for your food and sides is what is long.

I am talking about the restaurant in the old Marie Calendar building by the mall.

Probably have better result calling or going by the place in person.

I believe the OG Corporate office has a " first come first serve seating policy" with no group reservations accepted because this table can not be serviced until whole party is seated.( Large group "no shows" on busy days would be a disaster) 2ndly there is mandatory 16% to 18% tip added to final bill for groups larger than 6 or 8 to insure appropriate gratuity is left for service staff.
