Yes they are; someone has a dog there about half the time I've visited.
There are some darts for sale, behind the bar (unless they are out of stock). There are five steel boards open, each night... seven on special nights. Open tournaments are on Thursday (summer only), and Saturday (all year long); both are 730pm signup.
