I can only say I wish I would have found Pearl Works sooner. The two story space is beautiful and welcoming. The wifi speed is legendary and there are all kinds of spots to work in ranging from dedicated desks, pods for calls, conference rooms, and open working spots.

Going to The Pearl Works actually gets me excited to start the work day...no joke! I love that there is fresh fancy coffee ready to brew, plants galore, chill music, and best of all, a lovely community of like-minded individuals who work hard (headphones on and being productive), which motivates me to do the same. It's nice to chat with people throughout the day and get that water-cooler feeling I used to get when I worked in an office. I was feeling lonely, unmotivated, and annoyed working from home and now I don't have to. It also doesn't hurt that I'm a 5 minute walk from the beach, Trader Joe's, and a couple of yummy bakeries. One more thing, I just want to give a shout out to the fact that there is a meditation room...YES!!! Love it.

Yes we do! Get a day pass for $28/ day and come into the space any time M-F 9 AM - 6 PM.
Our parking lot is reserved for members with permitted access. There is plenty of 2 hour free parking around and a great public parking garage just a 5 min walk away (Downtown East Parking).
We are in the heart of downtown Monterey! There are many restaurants and coffee shops close by. The beach is a 10 min walk away and Stevenson Garden is right across the street!
Yes they are! You do not have to be a member to book a meeting room. You can reserve a room to suit your needs online.
We have a partnership with our local coffee roaster, Captain and Stoker. They really care about sustainable and ethical sourcing and specialize in light-medium roasted coffee. Not only do we serve there beans fresh at The Pearl Works, all of our members get 10% off when they visit there coffee shop a 3 min walk away!
