I'm there at least once a week. The first person I usually meet before I reach a window is Diane, who very helpfully wanders around offering to help anyone in line she can. Really cheerful and helpful to those who do not need to go to a window. Window clerks who are always cheerful and helpful are Richard, Kevin, Parvin and Char. I 'm so glad my experiences differ from those who are complaining... though the occasional long lines are a downer.

I use this post office almost 3 to 5 times per week for business, sometimes daily. The staff is very professional, informative, and kind. The management is also responsive to questions and take the extra time to research missing mail if needed. The post office automated machines are a great alternative if you are in a hurry and can't wait in line. The facility is always kept clean and shipping materials are organized and available whenever I need them. 5 stars to the staff for an overall positive experience every time I go in!

I have been coming to this location for the past 2 years. Everyone is very nice and courteous. Lines can be long but that's not the workers' fault. I am surprised seeing such a low rating here because I have nothing negative to say. Plenty of parking, located in a nice neighborhood, clerks will scan your packages without an attitude, and they don't look miserable doing their job. The Long Beach location on Ocean Ave is absolutely horrible. They won't scan your packages saying it's not their job. I sure left them an honest review too.
