Cypress Ridge is an amazing care facility. It was beyond anything I could have imagined. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. The PT/OT was terrific. I don’t know what i would have done without them. Highly recommend Cypress Ridge.

There are not enough words that can magnify the immense care and love that comes from this facility. Needing a safe and attentive place for your loved ones to reside; temporarily or permanently is an absolute must. Cypress Ridge has supported, attended to, cared for and gone above and beyond in so many ways for my family. Over the last 7+years, I am astounded at how kind & hard working & patient the staff is, whether it's admin, CNAs, nurses, physical therapists, receptionists--you name it. Every single person that I have ever met there, genuinely cares & goes the extra mile. You know they love their work and their residents because it shows. (And the residents love them too) From the moment I stepped in the door, I knew we had found the perfect place for my loved one. I cannot speak highly enough of this facility, because when you need a helping hand in times of tragedy, and difficulty, recovery and healing for your family-- they are the perfect fit. Forever grateful for all they do.‍ thank you Cypress Ridge Care Center. P.S. the effort and extra time they have all taken, to support their residents & families during COVID is also amazing! Ryan & his staff work SO hard to keep up safe protocols, notify us immediately of any changes and made zoom/FaceTime visits available for families when in person visits weren't possible. Which means so much! :)

The staff at Cypress Ridge Care Center are super attentive to any needs on the floor. Call lights are answered promptly and overall the facility is very neat and tidy. Many of the rooms have an ocean view, this includes the rehab gym and dining room as well!

Great facility with excellent care. The team is focused on patient care and rehabilitation. Best facility in Monterey. I’ve personally visited the facility many times and witnessed the care.
