Extremely disappointed in their service and care for my mother-in-law who is 98 years old. There’s no use to use the call button to call staff to come. She needs help to get up and use restroom. She has learned all she can do is pee in bed, which then means staff must wash her up, change the bedding. In the mean time she smells like pee. This is a regular ordeal. What a disgusting quality of life to live through. So sad.

Absolutely a horrible experience for my dad. They did not provide Adequate care! He fell while he was under their care and after I pressured them they finally took him to the hospital to be assessed. Further more they would not answer his request for assistance and left him soiled. We tried to get them to provide him personal hygiene care to no avail. If I could give a 0 rating I would!
