If you’re looking for a new salon, Walnut Creek’s Salon Cartier is it! I’ve watched for years as stylists come and go, color, cut and style. Each and every one is awesome and they listen. Great cuts (long or short), great color and a friendly, lively, fun place to be, as well. A good friend recently relocated to SoCal where she’s had two haircuts. She now makes regular trips to NorCal and says, "No one cuts hair like Robin”.
