Quality at this location is really bad. Like all the other reviews say, check your order before you leave the place too to make sure you got the right food. Also extremely disappointed by the chicken pieces: overcooked, dry, tiny! The drumstick is smaller than the palm :(

This is the slowest, most disorganized fast food chicken place I have ever seen. I get that restaurants are having a hard time finding workers right now, but I counted no fewer than eight workers behind the counter and my order took well over 30 minutes. The dining area was full of people waiting for their orders, and the employees basically milled around while nothing really got done. Great chicken, though. Just avoid this location.

Fast food rating scale... The person who took my order, my money and handed me my food was fast, efficient, upbeat and friendly. Five stars for her. I went there to buy chicken sandwiches because my kid said he liked them better than Chick-fil-A's. After eating one I had to disagree with him 😁 but it was still a good sandwich.

The food is amazing but the place is not clean. It’s a big company and it is has there name in the market for along time . I would expect to have it clean and more efficient
