Outstanding customer service and a great value. I had my front brakes done at Jack Williams last year at a very competitive price but started having braking issues recently so I brought it back to the shop this morning without an appointment. I clearly needed rear brakes and their mechanics showed me the wear and corrosion around the rear brake rotors and pads. They replaced rear brakes and after taking it for a test drive, they reported to me that the car was still pulsing slightly on braking, so they honored their warranty and replaced the front brakes as well. Everything was done by 11:00 AM and the car is now braking wonderfully. Their prices are great, they stand by their work, and they aim to please their customers. Outstanding auto repair value in the Poconos. More recently… Yesterday our smart vehicle warned us of low tire pressure in one of our tires. Despite filling the tire to the desired pressure, the warning light remained on, so I called Jack Williams at 4:00 pm and asked if they had any availability to check the tire. Marty said there were 3 customers ahead of us but to bring the car over and they would squeeze us in. After a reasonable wait, Jason, a very friendly tire guy, did an outstanding job of finding a nail in the tire, making the necessary repairs all while keeping us well informed throughout. Again we got fantastic customer service from all the employees at a great price. I understand that Jack Williams was recently taken over by Mavis Tires, but I’m happy to say that service and value remain their focus.

I made an appointment online for an oil change at 9:00am. Waited 2 hrs and 45 min just for them to take my car in to even start working on it!! Not to mention I have my 4 yr old waiting in the lobby with me. Come to find out they were bought out by Mavis which is the worst and now jack Williams is the worst too. I will never come here again !!
