The area is nice. My wife tans there. I like the ace hardware as it has lots of garden and household items. The qfc there is much cleaner than its north Everett counterpart. Also the Les Schwab is the best around! sadly the thing that stops it from being 5 star is the amount of homeless that stalk around the parking lot.
