Slow, slow, slow. Don't expect to get help, especially if you are a guy. They look at you like, "What are you doing here?" I have been going to this store for years. I always go with the idea that I better know what I am looking for because the staff won't know.

This location is so much bigger and better than either Shoreline or Lynnwood. The selection of fabric alone is at least three times as large. I appreciate everything being so clean and most importantly during the COVID shipment delays WELL STOCKED. The staff at the fabric cutting counter was clearly new but still very friendly and communicative that she was new and wanted to do everything right. Every staff member I saw checked in with me, not something I needed but nice to be acknowledged. So excited to make my scrub caps.

Prices are not competitive (AKA overpriced as hell even on "clearance" items. Literally almost nobody working here - yeah they have a sign on the door that says they are short staffed, but the handful of old ladies that do work here are extremely slow and happy to chat up customers instead of keeping the line moving. Oh and common methods of payment that even gas stations take - not accepted (which I discovered after waiting who knows how long in line). Seriously DON'T waste your time, go to Michaels or Hobby Lobby nearby instead.

Joann Fabric is a wonderful crafting journey. You will find things you didn't even know you were looking for! The cashiers are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and shelves were full of stuff to buy for your crafting or sewing projects.
