So I'm a street performer out there. The best time to see them is definitely on the weekends, or Thursdays sometimes. but during the holidays, most days will have a bunch. There will always be street performers, of course, but I'm talkin about quality here....

Depending on the day, various vendors will set up shop around the square. Never can tell what you might find.

St. Louis Cathedral had no input on performers or venders. If you want to sell art, you need to submit a portfolio and obtain a permit from City Hall.
