Well,ive 10 yrs ,seen alot people come go on RV side ,we have 4 ethenics groups of people,everyone is very respectfull,its a very quiet park,its our own little world,cant beet the rent.

Noisy, lazy residents. Can't keep up with trash, always full. Back end of park looks like encampment, but then so does most of Washington. Lack of management, and maintenance. Owner is very nice lady, just never there

500 I believe for one person 25 each for each individual after that. They dont rent mobile homes there if you own it you have to live in it.

Its a smal rv park/ moble home . if they have an opening you can get a rv in there but as far as a moble home you need to buy one
