I have been here plenty of times I love the food!. Today was busy as usual but it's important for me to mention that keeping CONSISTENCY and GREAT CUSTOMERS SERVICES, this applies to the kitchen staff as well. Today I noticed that one plate of French toast was smaller than the other plate. The slices of bread were smaller, so lets talk to the kitchen about that. The other thing is that they gave me burn toast and I gave it back for them to bring me my toast not burned this time; Next thing you know they bring the pieces of bread slightly toasted the bread was pretty soft still and with no butter. That's not good customer service, or PROFESSIONALISM. I'm sure this is a form of passive aggressiveness from the cook or waitress that had to fix the toast. Please IHOP fix this problem talk to your staff, sending back burned toast is nothing against no one so it shouldn't be taken personal. Lets leave the ego aside and be more PROFESSIONAL.

This place has slowly declined... I remember the food was some what good but now the cooks hardly season the food aside from what the packaging includes, some of the staff are ok but other seem to look down at you as if you should be wearing a 3 piece suit to eat there lol overall I guess it just depends on who's working when you go you'll either get somewhat good service or looked down at.

I like IHOP once in a blue moon- or green. Bring a jacket, day or night, to this locale. Very cold & uncomfortable.E'ees won't change the thermostat. (Keeping a room cold won't help reduce Covid. Creates colds.) Ok / decent food. I tried the new Poblano Omelete. Was warned that it was Spicy w/ hot chiles. It shows the SPICY symbol. NOT TRUE. Disappointingly mild but a nice poblano flavor. Note: the omelete has shredded beef. Here, IHOP is failing in its attempt to cater to the latino community - a good but misleading try. @ least offer a HOT side salsa from a can. Tabasco sauce is definitely NOT the answer. For g sake, that's a vinigared fake condiment for non-latinos!
