Customer service in the return area is excellent. Bought items but had to return them because of either issues or something in particular but the people there was always willing to help me, very friendly people indeed, highly recommend this store.

Ok, if you are gonna dismiss my question at least look in my general direction while you do it. The employee was doing something on the computer, but did not have the time to look up. Luckily the next employee was happy to help me, and did apologize for the wait. I'm all for respecting retail workers, but please don't act like I don't exist.

Excellent experience!! As soon as I walked in the door, I was asked if I needed help, which I did. Someone was called over immediately and although they didn't have the antenna cable I needed for my car radio, they checked other stores but couldn't find so offered to order it for me online and have it shipped to my house in a few days!!! AWESOME customer service!!

I have literally not seen any other store, restaurant, or anyplace have the procedures that this best buy had.. seriously it was so awesome. Walked in to the usual distanced wait in line process but at the end of the line someone at a desk takes your temp and gets your reason for your visit. After that they assign an associate that will help you out every step of the way.
Call them and have them drop off another one hopefully within the same day ask for free warranty as well

Curbside. But, if you go to the front of the store they will ask you for your phone number and send you back to the car and in minutes an associate will call and shop for you and if the item you want and need is in stock you can buy it right then and there.

Probably not. If you purchased the best buy warranty, they will just replace the item. Or you can return if it's before 15 or 30 days

It is best if you don't do layaway because they charge a good amount and you end up paying a lot. If you can, try getting a Best Credit card
