I bought my washer back in April of this year after my previous washer died after 25 years service and no service calls at all. Since April I have had the service man come out 2 or 3 times and the last time had to change a panel on the back of the control board. Since then when I load up some cloths( I am a single 75 yr old guy so not much do I wash) and the unit runs and washes but never removes all the water out of the cloths. So I have to pull each article out and wring the water out before I put them in the dryer. After posting this I am headed over there and complain and tell them to replace it since I must have a not well produced washer and since the repair man when he left said it will be working OK from then on which it hasn't.

My husband purchased a refrigerator frm ya'll n was just delivered about a week ago. We r just getting into our house. After removing the plastic tape wrap ya'll put on it. I do believe U guys sold him the floor model at full price. The reason why I'm saying this is because there's stretch Mark's n denymts all over the refrigerator. This is a Bad way to get repeat business frm new customers. Thank U. C. Meyers.
