Jacky provided a great CPR/ First Aid course. She was skillful and knowledgeable throughout the entire time. She also provided one-on-one attention to each student, which helped all of us better understand how to properly do CPR. She was happy to answer any questions or concerns we had and had us practice several times throughout the course. If you're looking to get certified, Jacky is your go to! Ms. Jackie is so awesome and pleasant. This has by far been my Best fingerprinting process and the fastest. She made everything clear and easy and she was very professional.
