I felt like I was dealing with my family, it was so comfortable. Kasey let me know where I would face difficulties in my refinance and where I had strengths toward getting my loan. My interest rate went down from 5.25 to 3.75. My mortgage went from 30 years to 15 years with the a lower mortgage note. Standard Mortgage knows how to pick personnel. With so much incompetence in the business world today, I'm glad I am dealing with a company that chooses competent, friendly employees.
