Scheduled a site survey for a tank installation at a house we are building. Was given a 2 hour window (8-10am). They did not show up and did not call. We have had nothing but bad service and no help with fixing the heating problem for 4 months now. Excuses with no solutions.

We had a terrible encounter with this company when we sold our property recently. They insisted on immediately locking the tanks or taking the tanks, despite the realty agreement stating that all remaining fuel in the tanks becomes the property of the new owner. I called to ask if they could please give a 2-week extension so that the new owners could continue to use the fuel while they got settled into the property but I was told that this was against "policy." I asked to speak with the manager to explain what we were asking to do. He stated "those are MY tanks, and nobody's gonna tell me I can't come out and pick up my tanks." I pointed out that my husband and I already paid the tank lease through next year, and that we had already paid for all of the gas in the tanks. He stated that didn't matter and that he would be taking his tanks off of the property the next morning. If I had known this, we would never have become or remained customers as long as we did.
