It is $100 for 1 session or $250 for three sessions. Sessions can be done face to face, through Skype, or they can be recorded and emailed to you to listen to as often as needed. A free 30 minute consultation is required prior to the first session. The other option is there is a Learn to stop smoking with self hypnosis online course available on our website for $90 that comes with 4 full stop smoking hypnosis recordings you can download and listen to whenever you need. You will also learn how to use self hypnosis to stop smoking, so you have a skill you can use any time you want or for any topic you need. That is located at www.thedivinewillow.com and once on the home page there's a list of our services and one says Learn self hypnosis online. Just flick it and do the short course at home whenever you want. So, there's a few options you can choose from.
