I went out of my way to sign up with Extra Space on Lowell Rd in Salem once again. They have the best prices and options. I was able to get a clean, climate controlled unit for the best price anywhere in the area (within 30-40 miles in both NH and MA). Rick (the Manager) is great! He takes extra time to explain the differences/benefits of the different unit options (i.e. sizing, climate controlled, lift access, etc) as well as the ins and outs of storing here (i.e. keypad access, using the lift, etc). I did the legwork for a storage search twice within the past year, considering reviews, options and pricing and I highly recommend this location
