I just bought my first Audi convertible with Jeff and He was awesome! He went above and beyond to make this experience such a great one for us! He zoomed the car for us because we didn't live close, and after I bought the car I had a question and he did a videotape explanation for me. I loved it! I definitely recommend Jeff and Mohegan Lake Audi! I will definitely call him for my upgrade!

I worked with William (Bill) Turner and am giving his service my highest possible rating. I live in Manhattan and haven’t needed a car for years. I’ve been dreading going back to dealerships, especially now with sky high prices. Overall I found my experience of shopping for a car in NYC to be frustrating: dealers had a poor response time, would forget who I was or what I wanted, and generally seemed unmotivated to do work. A friend suggested I look at Audi Mohegan Lake and I am incredibly grateful that I did. After my first conversation with Bill I felt confident that we were going to make something work. I even told my wife “I’m glad I’m interacting with a real human being who’s interested in helping me”. He took the time to hear our needs, keep us updated about vehicles coming in, and - knowing I was coming from Manhattan - made it incredibly easy to handle everything over the phone. He even picked me up from the train station when it came time to get the car. I still don’t enjoy the process of buying a car (who does?!), but the next time I have to, I will be calling him first.

I purchased a per-owned car and it has been nothing but lie's from day one. I paid $2,740.00 for 36 months of coverage for the tire and rim package and was told I covered 100%. 2 months later I have leaking tire that goes flat ever 3 days. "NOT COVER" Also I was told the car had Assisted Cruise Control "NOT TRUE" . I called 2 days before buying the car to have the contract email to me they did not send it instead they pulled a high pressure sale closing and added Total Protect insurance for $549.98 which I NEVER ASKED FOR OR WANTED! Best of all I canceled the tire & Rim & Total protection Insurance five weeks ago. I'm being told by the Audi Business Manager that she just got the check from Fortegra the underwritten for the insurance and it take up to 8 days for the check to clear. I just called Fortegra Insurance company and they told me they never send out any checks the deal has the money. This is my third Audi I purchased from Mohegan Lake not feeling the new own ship.
