Came here at 3:30 a.m. with my wife and 18 month old we all have covid. The turned us away and refused to help my family. Security and staff in this facility are unacceptable.

Terrible. Was in a hospital bed and asked for water. 3 hours later still being ignored. Good thing people don't go to the hospital for life threatening issues......
