Looking for a mower the staff was very helpful and informative

Took four tools in for routine maintenance. None of them run right after paying for service. One of my blowers was returned to me with the carb not even bolted back on. The lady at the front desk said they had a new tech who wasn't very good. I've taken my tools back in several times to get them fixed, only to have (I'm guessing) the manager refuse to look at them and tell me nothings wrong with them. After the last trip back trying to get my tools repaired I asked for a refund when he refused to look at them, didn't get that either. So now I have to take my tools elsewhere and pay to get them fixed from Lumax's "repairs". I can't stress enough how you should take your business elsewhere from this business and their incompetent service department. I feel bad for the ladies at the front desk who have always been honest and upfront with me about the problems with this place.

Well, I have to give this disastrous place a one star to post. It deserves a negative five star! IMO, avoid this place. My main qualm is with a warranty item and is mostly with the manufacturer. Yet, this place is one I would certainly avoid going forward. All of the one star reviews are on point, charges for accomplishing nothing, and getting blocked in by trucks with trailers from other customers as you desperately want to leave! Check out the pics of the parking lot to see what I mean there!
