Not enough staff. Takes twenty minutes to answer call button. Some staff.members are rude and medicine is never on time or they say it is on back order. Was bringing my own medical supplies.

This is the most horrible place you could ever leave your senior citizen at for care…The staff constantly ignores the patients, they don’t keep them clean on a regular basis and they always have an excuse as to why they are unable to provide the necessary care and attentiveness that a senior citizens needs and deserves. These people should not be in the senior citizen care business none what so ever and I hope the state closes them down and transfers all the seniors to a place where there is lots of love and adequate care for them as they so richly deserve during these later years in their life but I can tell you from the treatment that my mom is receiving at this very moment these are some despicable and terrible people not to mention very unqualified to be providing care for seniors
