I had dinner there recently. The service was fantastic, and the views were beautiful. The food on the other hand....not so much. I ordered a chicken fettuccine, and she ordered the bacon wrapped filet with "prawns". The chicken was dry, and I bit into an extremely hard piece (could have been bone?). Her steak, for the price, was unacceptable, plus the "prawns" were 2 little shrimp. If I'm going to pay a lot of money for a small portion, it has to be good. IMHO there are much better offerings close by. I highly recommend The Drift Inn about 3 minutes from the Adobe.....on the way follow the "fresh bread" signs too. You won't be disappointed.

We used to love Adobe. The views are great the people were always nice and service was slow but good. It is clear however that they have suffered a lot since the start of the pandemic. Our last three attempts to go have been unsuccessful. Once guests were directed to the upstairs lounge but directed to a downstairs host to check in, there was no host anywhere. We waited and looked and ultimately left. The other times we have entered to see stark black and white signs informing guests that reservations are recommended. Fully understanding that we did not have a reservation and would have to wait we checked in with the host. We were shocked to be met with hostile rude hosts clearly angry we had not made a reservation. Additionally, the lack of staff is obvious by the large number of empty tables piled with dirty dishes. Insignificant contrast, The Drift in also has a staff shortage with no loss of quality, and certainly not asking guests to wait an hour to sit at a table surrounded by filth. This was a nice place we really enjoyed that is now full of beleaguered staff who are straight up rude and tables of cold drying food waste. We may make a reservation later but it will be a while as we have no desire to eat in the middle of a compost heap, no matter what the view is.

The location is great, though the interior is a little dated. Don't let that dissuade your interest. The staff is polite, and the site prefers reservations over walk-ins. We had a fries cheese curd appetizer which was a 4 out of 5. I ordered a bottle of Prosseco which was an excellent 5 out of 5. The ranch side salad was a disappointment with watery dressing at 2 out of 5. The Cesar salad was average at 3 out of 5. The stuffed shells dish and seafood pasta dishes were great. For dessert we split a piece of chocolate cake a la mode which was perfect. The waitress was polite and professional, as were the rest of the staff. Not a bad stop on the road between California and Washington. Recommended.

The view is one of the best I've ever had the privilege to witness. The ocean waves crash on the rocks right outside your dining window. There's not a bad view in the restaurant. They also have a full bar. …

The best Restaurant on the West Coast
They offer cheesecake, a gluten free choc torte, excellent creme brulee, possibly a fruit cobbler and others at various times.
I believe around 11. You can check their website as it should be on there.

They don't have exclusively gluten free meals. But they can try to accommodate. But our last experience was they messed up the accommodation, but they did try.
I think for Christmas Day they are just doing dinner 1-7pm
Not sure. Has a cozy sports bar in the back.
