Yes I just had mine charged overnight at no cost. The advantage for them is, as in my case, the battery, after being dead for around 4 months, would not take a full charge and it just so happens, they had a replacement...ready to go. It was convenient.
I'm sorry, but I don't have an answer for you. Their on line site is quite good and will show you items that may not be available in some or all of the stores. If you buy it online you have the option of having it shipped to your house or to the store which is closest to you.
