I couldn’t say enough bad things about this place, stay far away

The difference between this location and the Pawtucket location is night and day. I’ve never had a problem at this facility, but they are just simply too big and too busy to care about you. The Pawtucket location is way cleaner and the staff are way more helpful and attentive. They’re both essentially staffed with the same people, but just the fact that this location is smaller, I feel they hold it to a higher standard. My counselor never called me, just text. Those texts eventually stopped. I tried to get a hold of her a few times with no luck. If she no longer works there, they should have had someone follow up with me at least. The Pawtucket location quickly set me up with take-homes, a counselor, I spoke to the doctor, and my dosage is now being reduced again 😁

This place helped finally helped me get sober after trying for 11 years. It completely changed my life for the better. And Ashley is an awesome counselor there. I highly recommend it but only if you're ready and willing to take your recovery 100% seriously.

I am very disappointed with their decisions. I was diagnosed with the covid virus and because I test positive for amphetamines, not opiates, they refuse to give me any take homes. I'm sick as a dog. They just got done giving every one covid take homes for 2 years no matter what you tested positive for. And now for some reason it's not ok to get a measly few take homes. It doesn't make sense to me.
