I want to support local. I switched my prescriptions from a chain to Greenline because my experience getting flu shots there has been great. I also love the selection of products and friendly staff. Still, my negative review is all about the pharmacy. I tried placing orders through the app. Then after waiting a few days I’d call/visit the pharmacy for a status. Each time, it hasn’t made it through the system so they hadn’t filled it. Other times I’ve ordered refills with a live person on the phone. Again, after waiting a few days I called to get the status. It turns out there was a problem and they forgot to tell me. Once or twice is an honest mistake and no big deal. After it happened multiple times I had to switch back to the chain. In fact, in my last call, I spoke to someone and asked for a refill. It’s been over 2 weeks and I have never heard back. Really wanted to like and support a local business.

Friendly and super helpful Pharmacist staff. Easy to get someone to talk to on the phone. Milk shakes are awesome too!
