The best Gun Club in Town. Thank you for the memories at this location always.

Great range. The staff and other members are always very friendly and helpful. Fees are reasonable. Facilities are well-maintained with plenty of targets on-site.

We love this place. It feels so good to have a place to shoot. The pistol range is great, there are times we are alone there and at times with others who are friendly, kind, follow the rules perfectly, and nice to be around. The staff are amazingly nice and helpful. It's not old, as others have been rating it. Everything works perfectly. The target setup is easy and you are in the shade.

Two stars for the facilities: OLD, OLD, OLD. The ranges are in serious need of upgrading/replacement. Still usable, but sub par for a dues paying gun range. I can only speak for the rifle range, pistol falling plate, and pistol ranges. The rifle range is in bad need of new benches. While adequate, the existing ones are uncomfortable and degraded. The falling plate range is barely serviceable (yes, still works somewhat), but looks like something that was stuck out in the desert long ago and shot up umpteen times by umpteen people. On both the rifle and pistol ranges, the target rails for setting up range supplied target stands are almost useless. They easily fill up with dirt, making most of the rails unusable. Bring your own stands if you don't wish to muck around with the supplied rails and target stands. Five stars for the club itself and for what it represents: affordable yearly dues; tempered range masters that aren't Nazis; getting to meet like-minded people with the same basic values; for me, close and easily accessible. A word on range safety: there are range masters present at all times, but as members, we are encouraged to self-police safety. To the person that found Rainbow unfriendly, one must remember that this is a gun "club" and not an open public range. I whole-kindheartedly recommend the Rainbow range as a place to shoot and meet like-minded people. My gripe is with the condition of some of the range facilities. The shotgun range looks to be fresh and well maintained, but there seems to be a significant contingent of shooters using it that would make the range owners in tune with its upkeep.

No firearm rentals..... And all shooters must join. ( Even kids)
No rentals available at this range. Bring your own (or borrow one while it's still legal in Calif)
