I purchased the $35.99 Ultimate Car Wash. The staff here seem to have a constant turnover. That said; most of them are nice and thank you for your business. I am, however, disappointed in the quality of their work. I always purchase the most expensive wash and I always watch the wipedown. I base my tip on the quality of the wipedown. For $34.99 I expect an excellent service. Today the wipedown was terrible. They NEVER do anything other than spray the tires and wheels (even though they give the impression that tire and wheel service is included in the Ultimate Wash). The only reason I would recommend Emerald Valley Car Wash is they seem to be the only two car washes in this area that provide "full service". I know what people will say when they read my following comment; "Go back to California". Well folks; I'm saying it anyway! Sacramento has many FULL SERVICE car care centers that do a showroom quality service!!! Maybe I'll open my own here in Eugene and take away a good portion of Emerald Valley's business.

I went in at 5:45 yesterday. They close at 6:00. I was told that since they were closing soon, they could vacuum but not wipe done the interior. He said “that’s all we can do.” I paid $7.50 and when I gave the keys to the attendant at the car, he asked for my receipt. I wasn’t given one. The man who took the money had already left the booth and had disappeared. I told the attendant what he’d said and what I paid. He said he thought they could wipe down the interior too, but he’d have to ask. When they said my car was ready, I was surprised that it wasn’t washed. I spotted the man who took my money and I questioned him. I expressed my displeasure that he charged me $7.50 for a simple vacuum job and no wash. He said that he’d told me that was all they could do. That’s true. I misunderstood and thought he’d meant that’s all they could do with the interior. I told him I was going to call the boss the next day and see what he had to say. He told me to come in at 8:00 the next morning for a wash and ask for Jordan. I didn’t go in as I live out of town and am busy preparing for a trip. I did call today and got no answer. I would think the owner would want to be watching his business and at a minimum, answer the phone, even if he does so remotely. I know what happens to money when receipts aren’t given. This used to be my favorite car wash. Did they change hands? I won’t be back.

Seems like they are getting better at customer service. Desperately needs new brushes in the self-wash stalls.

Its alright except I got jacked twice for my carwash & I never even got my change either time & I left a note to call me about this matter but I have not ever received a call back to make it right with me for the 40.00 I spent for the 2 car …

24 hours. But go to the 24 hour one off Delta and Green Acres if you need a wash at night. Even odds Carefree will take your money and then not complete your wash. And the posted phone numbers are disconnected so you can't complain.
