I ordered the pizza at 6:18pm for delivery from the Roundtable on Beaverton Hills dale highway. Delivery was suppose to be at 7:18pm. Pizza showed up at aprox 8:45 to the wrong house. I called multiple times leaving a message requesting a manager to call back and it’s a day later and I still have not heard from them. One message I requested to cancel the pizza/delivery and asked for a credit. My account is still showing the charge of my order. And still not a callback from anyone. I checked there status online and it was showing as not busy. Not sure why no one at a restaurant would answer the phone. Horrible customer service. Just needed a manger to return my call and cancel my order. Pizza got tossed out as it was cold to the touch.

We were 1 of 3 customers in there. There was not one clean table. The floors were really dirty and slippery in several places. The parmesan was nearly empty at each table. We waited 40 minutes for a personal and small pizza. It was 6 pm and the salad bar was missing quite a few things. The pizza was good and hot. I'm sad, because we used to like this place. I wished I had checked the reviews on this first. We seemed to have the same experience as several customers in the last few months. I don't feel like I want to go back.

I don’t normally like to write negative reviews but this one kind of deserves it. I have tried this round table pizza two different times. The first time I had delivery to my house, it was OK. I just got an individual and some breadsticks. The pizza was all right. I tried another round table out near Oregon city area and it was extremely good. So my boyfriend and I ordered a pizza from the one on Beaverton Hillsdale Highway and it was absolutely disgusting. It did not seem like the same crust as the other round table out in Portland area, the pizza was cold, it wasn’t even cooked all of the way, the crust and bottom was Dowie, the pepperoni looks like it just got thrown on there out of the fridge or warmed up in a microwave, it was all around a hole. We ended up throwing most of it away. The worst part is the place wasn’t even busy that day so there was no reason for all of this to have happened.
