Really insulting experience here. We had a reservation, when we arrived on time we were asked to come back in 15 minutes because they didn't have a table. Not great but ok, things happen. We came back 15 minutes later, waited another 15 minutes, and then watched them seat another couple ahead of us, who arrived after we did. We were told that table was supposed to be for us but we could have the next one. I asked for an explanation, and was just told to wait for the next table because it would be only 5 minutes ... Nevermind we'd waited a half hour already for a reservation made more than a week in advance. Honestly very offensive behavior, not to mention a waste of our time. Don't accept reservations if you don't plan to honor them, or if you're going to pick and choose who you want in your restaurant.

Friendly service, but with a very energetic ambiance, to the point that at times It was hard to talk. A wide selection of vegeterian Tapas. An average Quality of food, the glass of red wine was on the edge of expiration but prices were reasonable.

Dear Valeria, Thank you for checking the measures taken by Pintxo Pincho Tapas Bar during this pandemic. We follow the protocols that the state has imposed on us. The social distancing guide includes tables spaced six feet apart with a maximum group size of six. All our staff must wear masks, We have permission to sit at 40% capacity in the restaurant. All workers should wash their hands frequently and waiters should wash their hands or apply hand sanitizer between each table interaction. Tables should be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between each seat. Utensils are disinfected each time they are used. We require all customers to wear a mask, customers can remove the mask while sitting at the tables. Must of it is gluten free, greatest fresh original Spanish food from Spain
English menu with some Spanish words for food items, as you would expect. You should be fine if you speak any language or no language. Nice, accommodating people.
