It has the feel of a smaller store, where they remember your name and care about customers, but they also have top of the line expertise and knowledge. I would recommend calling the store during normal business hours (Friday through Saturday, 9-5) to specify what you need. I'm not certain what you mean by "Remote Battery Charger"
Yes you can. There is a charge per bulb. This price has changed a few times recently because recycling costs since last presidency have increased, so definitely call ahead and make sure of the price. (Should be ~$1 per bulb) And if you've got a lot (like recycling for a business) then you need to call ahead to let them know beforehand.
