I've lived here 34 years this August. This picture was taken at the back fence line. The property behind the park is a well known ranch. It is my favorite part of living here. Makes you feel out of town. There have been a lot of improvements made recently. If your honest and a good neighbor I welcome you. Otherwise you probably won't like me. It's not a racetrack so please mind your manners while in the park. Speed limit is 5 mph. Please observe it or stay out.

Nothing but drug attic nasty trailer park and has a nasty smell

I was just visiting. It was hard to find the mobile home as the numbers are not uniformed. Many travel trailers, rvs, and legit mobile homes. I was told it's the cheapest place to stay in Red Bluff. I did not feel entirely safe, and half way through my visit I started panicking over the chance someone may be breaking into my car. No break in, no danger, just the vibe doesn't feel right.

Anything longer than 10 x 40' has to have a permit and be inspected.
