By far the cleanest restaurant I have ever been in, and, I have been all over the lower 48 states, parts of Canada and up to the border of Alaska! The food is very good and the owners are really sweet people.

Have been to Guadalajara a couple of dozen of times. Great food,great staff.always very clean. Don't know about the pazole
