They charge you extra if your car is “extra” dirty, but they don’t specify what their criteria is. I don’t think my car was “extra” dirty and found it rude that they said so. They also will quote you one price and still charge you $15.00 more. It would’ve saved me some frustration by washing my car at Chevron and just vacuuming it out when I got home. I don’t feel I got what They charged me for and got my feelings hurt in the process. I bet they say everyone’s vehicle is “extra” dirty. What a rip off.

My car is cleaner than it was, but a little too high priced for the services you get for cleaning it. I asked for the $60.00 cleaning and she rudely said it was extra dirty so they have to charge me an additional $5.00. Then asked for $75.00 out the door for an interior and exterior wipe down. I figured the extra $15.00 was tip so I didn’t give any myself.

Been here twice. First job was very satisfactory. This time I got a bigger package because I'm going on a trip. All was well until the sun shone through my windows. All of the windows are streaked and cloudy. Everything else is great. Went back the next day and she cleaned them again.
