I lived next to the people in apt 33. Our building had roaches because of them. We all had pest control come out and exterminate every so often but apt 33 would REFUSE to open their doors. They also smoked cigarettes and 420 stuff INSIDE and directly in front of the door way which caused everyone in the building and walk way to inhale it. I complained often as we all have kids but the company and management DID AND DOES nothing to protect the health of the residents. On top of this apt 33 is also petty and because management would tell them which apt complained because they've been there for TEN+ years they constantly swept ALL the dirt and debris and ash in front front of door..every. single. Day. This was the worst stepping stone of our lives. So happy to be out of the place.

(one video is my AC leaking the other is the noise the vent makes) Took me 2 weeks to get the keys because it wasn't move in ready. When I did finally get the keys the apartment still wasn't move in ready. The place was still dirty and the bathroom was disgusting. The tub was yellow. Maintenance wants to come in after ive already moved in to do repairs and fix up the apartment. THIS PLACE ALSO ALLOWS SMOKING IN THE APARTMENTS. I SMELL THE WEED AND CIGARETTES FROM THE NEIGHBORS IN MY HOUSE. AS SOON AS I WALK IN 2ND HAND SMOKE SLAPS ME IN THE FACE. the first week of moving in the ac vent started leaking water, I asked for it to be fixed, was told maintenance doesn't work on weekends and I needed to wait till Monday and that these air conditioners only go 10° lower then the temperature outside. It was 110..so I'm supposed to keep inside at 100°?! You'd have to really lower your standards to live in this place and if you think this place is anything above a dump, you need to raise your standards
