I live here and they are nice apartments. Friendly neighbors and pretty quiet. We have a new landlord and she's amazing. I recommend if you want reasonable rent and a nice environment to apply for one of these apartments.

Its affordable housing. ask the manager about prices. Varying rates for various apts. im in a 2db when I moved in I paid 550 months
Hmmm not to sure but my lady lives there and she has a 3 bedroom she pays 800 a month so im sure its cheaper , sorry hope that helps

Your rent goes off of your income. Not all 2 bedrooms are the same price. Some people are paying less for a 4 bedroom apartment there.
When I moved in 3-4 years ago, they let me see it before they handed over the keys :)
I don't believe there are one bedroom thay go from 2 to 4 bedroom apts and yes they are income based and also yes there are pets allowed would doctors otherwise it's a $350 deposit her pet
