I have been waiting for over an hour past my covid test appointment time. When I asked the pharmacy personnel what was going on, they first pointed a finger at a customer and said that “she has been having insurance issues, so she is delaying things” (I thought this was very inappropriate), and then they told me they were having computer issues and that I could come back later (which is clearly not the best option if I am wondering if I have covid). I told them that I had an appointment an hour ago, that I was going to miss Mother’s Day brunch and they shrugged their shoulders. Worst customer experience ever.
